I have an agent who is serving for 2 clients in Genesys cloud, i want to know how i can identify which call(manual outbound) is made to which client from reports/interactions/logging in real time/historically ? Is there any way i can add some variable which can mark my agent call w.r.t. specific client in outbound calls?

I would post your question in the General Genesys Cloud Knowledge Network forum. This forum is specifically around using the Genesys Cloud APIs. A reporting question like yours might be more easily answered in the other forum.
