I am trying to fetch the abandoned rate of a queue for every 5 minutes using the conversation aggregates query when in I tried calculating it using the abandonedcall/Enteredcalls , but I have faced a scenario where in a call entered at 1:04 and got abandoned at 1:06 after two minutes of waiting. When I tried this using the aggregate query the abandoned rate is usually more than 100% in that scenario how can we handle this ?
