We would like to collect the Call Log information with following information for analytics requirement from Genesys Pure cloud to Salesforce environment:
- Unique Leads Contacted
- Overall Pick up rate
- Overall Call attempts
- Productivity such as call attempts by Field Rep, successful calls by agent, average handle time
- Recording Media files or download link.
