Is it possible to extract information of dashboard using the API? I'm looking for how to extract performance information in real time.

Hi,
You'll find most of the performance information using the Analytics API. The Users and Routing APIs are also used by the dashboards. The notification service is also helpful for receiving Genesys Cloud status updates in real time.
