    Hi,

    I just want to identify the initiator (customer) of the web message.

    Suppose we have 2 websites and integrated the web message widget there and when the web message arrives on Genesys cloud then how we can identify from where the web message is initiated?

    Hi Hari,

    You could accomplish this via Custom Attributes by setting which website the customer is on. This attribute is applied to the next inbound message from the customer and can be referenced during routing logic, or surfaced in the agent's Script or Conversation Details panel. Here are two links explaining this in greater detail:

    You might also consider using two separate Messenger Deployments, one for each of the websites.
