If there is a way to get the value of 3 in the number of Active Users enclosed in the red frame of active_users.png with the API, please tell me.

The billing information that's exposed via the API is available in the Billing APIs. It is not exactly what's exposed in the UI, but it's the closest thing available via API. If those APIs don't expose what you need, please share your use case at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas to help prioritize future features.
