I am trying to get the amount of calls currently external transfer calls with Transfer to Number action of inboundflow of Architect. How can I get this number with API?

@tim.smith: how can we find the report for how many calls were external transferred in inbound flow of Architect. I see calls which do not get transferred to a queue or no conversation time are not listed in any of the performance reports.

You can use an analytics conversation query and filter on the pieces of data unique to the external transfer. Retrieving a conversation that was transferred should give you a picture of the type of data you'll want to use for your filter. If you're unsure how to construct the filter, please post a conversation from a test and replace any real phone numbers with XXX and I can suggest which properties you may want to filter on.
