    I want to distinguish IVR completed call(normal),IVR completed call(error) in the following API. ※IVR completed call (error)...call transferred to operator

    Please let us know if the IVR completed call can be distinguished (if so, the item name), and the extraction conditions (can only data in which a IVR completed call occurred be extracted?) Please let us know.

    <API> 1.Query for conversation aggregates 2.Query for flow aggregates

    <Confirmation items> ・IVR completed call (normal) ・IVR completed call (error)
