Hello,
When we activate a campaign, and that campaign has rules, sequences etc, when exporting the csv when the campaign ends, how do we know which rows are created, how can we identify them?

I assume you're referring to exporting the contact list? The each row in the CSV will correspond to a contact that was was created in the contact list. Each entry in the contact list will have a unique contact ID assigned by PureCloud or using a custom value, depending on how you configured the contact list.
