You could pass that information in using session variables: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/call-dialogflow-bot/

Hello,
The Session Variables will be what you need to pass ANI, DNIS, Customer Name or whatever you want.
As I had not tried Dialog Flow integration so far, I have tried this evening, and also didn't see a placeholder for Session Variables in the Call Dialogflow action in Architect. Until I noticed this sentence " Features coming soon: Initial Event Name, Session Variables, and Intent Probability." in the Resource Center page for DialogFlow action.....
I have checked with Product Management. It is indeed currently in Beta. But the Session Variables feature for the Call Dialogflow action should be generally available (released) by October 7th.

Thanks for the update. lets me wait for that. till then can we capture the PureCloud conversation id in the google bot when initiated from the purecloud

Hello,
Indeed, the conversationId is passed to the bot in the context. This new feature will make it easier for ANI, Customer Name, or any other data already available in the Architect flow, so you don't need to invoke the Platform API from Google functions/Dialog Flow side to get them.
I don't know for sure if it won't change by next Wednesday, but the feature already appears in the Features coming soon (usually the release notes for next Wednesday). https://help.mypurecloud.com/features-coming-soon/

Hello,
You have probably seen this already, but just in case. The support for Session Variables in the Architect Call Dialogflow action has been released this week. https://help.mypurecloud.com/releasenote/september-30-2020/
