    Hi,

I created User Defined (Oauth) for our client's web services a while ago. I want to see the credentials (URL, clientId, clientSecret) but I couldn't figure out how. Any help would be appreciated.

PS: I need this info becaues I will have to change it the URL, clientId or clientSecret if needed.

    Regards.

There is currently no way for an end user to retrieve credentials that have been submitted to the system. Nor can a portion of a credential be updated (Patch), the entire credential has to be replace at one time (Put).

You can submit an idea to change this here, https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas however it would be a large change in how credentials are handled by Genesys Cloud, so any change would take a long time to roll out. A quicker method might be to use a corporate password manager to keep track of these credentials going forward.
