I'm getting error "You cannot make calls without a station. Please select a station and try again." when trying to make a call in Interactions dashboard. I have selected a queue and entered a phone number. I couldn't find any station section on Admin page.
How do I resolve this? Please help. Let me know if any more detail is needed.
