I wanted to share a blog article about a technique I've been using to spy on the request/responses of Web Service Data Actions (only whilst the flow is in development).

    https://makingchatbots.com/blog/genesys-troubleshooting-data-actions.html

It proved invaluable when developing a complicated flow that interacted with a stateful API. Being able to see a timeline of requests/responses helped with troubleshooting problems between the flow and DA (transforms, mappings etc) but also helped illustrate how the interaction worked during knowledge transfer sessions with colleagues.

*Edit: OVO Tech blog link broke due to ongoing work with blog, temporarily edited link to my website.

NGROK is an excellent tool for debugging Data Actions and SCIM Client/Provider calls to SCIM API.
