    How to store the CTI information in the Database? Basically I have requirement to transfer the CTI info like Caller info with SIP info to 3rd party application. Can you please suggest any solution? To add on , this request for Outbound call.

    Is this referring to UUI header data? If so, PureCloud doesn't currently support it (inbound or outbound).
