    Hi,

    I am new to PureCloud and I am just checking around APIs.

    What I am trying now is to get a notification if an outbound campaign is ended

    so that I can change the campaign start button to show up again.

    I started campaigns updating campaign status to "on", so

    I thought notification of campaign status of "complete" would make this possible.

    So I got an existing channel and subscriptions, and

    updated subscriptions with addition of v2.outbound.campaigns.{outboundCampaignId}

    when an outbound campaign started.

    However, I don't get any notifications for the topic even though there are some changes in the campaign.

    I checked with v2.outbound.campaigns.{outboundCampaignId}.progress just to make sure

    my codes are fine with subscriptions, and I get notifications for progress when there is a

    progress change in the campaign.

    Just want to know if I am subscribed to v2.outbound.campaigns.{outboundCampaignId} and campaign status is changed, am I supposed to get a notification???

    If not, is there any way that I can receive notification when campaign is completed??

    I've opened CD-4690 for notifications not being raised for v2.outbound.campaigns.{id} when starting/stopping campaigns.

    This issue has been resolved and you should start getting these notifications once the change makes it to prod. That will probably be within a few weeks.
