Hello
We would like to automate status of user state (active|inactive) from our identity management system. Currently i do not find any documentation which shows API support for this?
Is this possible with current User platform API somehow?
I see there is an option available called "DELETE" user, but cannot find "RESTORE" option :slight_smile:
We would like to keep user but want to just to automate update of state info in purecloud as
"state to inactive state whenever employees in our company quits" and same as
"active" if their employee stauts is active in our company as part of re-hire or active employment
WE DO NOT HAVE ACTIVE DIRECTORY!

The ability to undelete a user will be fixed in API-1816, until it gets resolved, there isn't a way to do what you need.
