Hi, how to view customs attributes in the widget these attributes are sent from the website (such as the customer's email address and username...)

In general you can use Scripts to leverage conversation attributes like Participant Data, then assign a default Script to your Queue. For some predefined customer attributes, like data collected on the page, you can also rely on Customer Journey gadget.
