    Agent sync did not happen in HRIS. So we need to add manual for the agent.

    I am facing the same problem, I've tried many ways but  nothing worked. How exactly it works at the back end, is it the "Get Agents" data action that is pulling the data and storing it somewhere or is there something that we need to ensure not to miss, please put some detail.

    Hi all,

    Have you tried posting your questions to the developer forum (https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/)? If this worked previously and now has stopped working, then a customer care ticket might help also.
