We are having an issue with a solution that integrates CX with Workday. This problem is happening for one particular agent that happens to have no balance returned from Workday.
We opened a ticket to find out what this error means, but the only response was to ask in the developer forums.
Can someone shed light on this? What workflows are called when Sync happens?
