I have successfully implemented HRIS to our workday system. however, I can't get the Architect workflow to run when the agent cancels the Time off request. or if the supervisor hits deny. any thoughts on why this would not be kicking off.

If the InsertTimeOff workflow is not producing the required output Flow.timeOffRequestId then there will be nothing for the updateTimeOff workflow to action. Flow.timeOffRequestId is an expected workflow input to updateTimeOff for the integration to reference a previously approved timeoff request.
