It's ok if I did a few, but if I try to everything on my list (about 200+ ID's) I get this error.

Are you using DELETE /api/v2/outbound/contactlists/{contactListId}/contacts? If so, the 413 response is documented as meaning "The request size is over the size limit". Try sending less IDs; the length of your URL is too long.
