I need to invoke a method in an external Web Service every time a contact in an outbound campaign becomes uncallable. Which would be the best way to implement this if any?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
I'm not an expert in this particular topic but I sounds like it could be accomplished with the web services data actions integration.

Thank you very much for your contribution, Ronan. Certainly, using Data Actions integration seems to be the most appropriate way to address this problem. I thought that this kind of integration were more suitable to be implemented from routing flows. Actually, my problem is that I don't know how to detect the condition that a contact has becomed uncallable in a totally automatic way, and I think that I can't do that from a callflow. Luckily for me, in this project I have an external server for other integrations, so I think I should make a daemon that periodically checks the contact list for new uncallables and performs the invocation to the external Web Service. To do this, I would use the outbound Web API. However, I will investigate your proposal to find out whether I can implement it in a more integrated way in the Genesys cloud services platform.
