Hi,
I have raised this as per the advised given to me on "Genesys My Support" ticket id 0003218671 where I'm trying to pinpoint annotations in a sound wave by making calls to the different api endpoints however when the file is different in size to the data that the api calls return the annotations are not accurate to the file.
I'm trying to find if these annotations can be worked out accurately as the file is not only taking into consideration the ivr time but also the time that an agent selects the call even though the agent is still not talking to the customer.

Hello, please continue to work with Care on your issue. We cannot investigate customer-specific data via the forum. I will escalate reopening the case on my side as well.
