Can't help you with that. We've have developed a 'Call Button' for our own CRM with the use of API. We use the PureCloud Client for the users for call handling.

Use the Conversations APIs. There are a few articles linked on the right hand side of the page covering some common conversations concepts. There's also the Conversations Tutorial.
