Hello,

A customer wants use Genesys Cloud WFM. Currently they are using another tool for accept/refuse their timeoff request, the goal is to import the holydays validated in Genesys cloud WFM.

So, I'm wondering which APi I have to use for complete this request, I have seen below :

/api/v2/workforcemanagement/managementunits/{managementUnitId}/timeoffrequests

If I configure a status : APPROVED, the time off must be take in consideration in the schedules.

To be created in the approved state, the auth token will need to have the appropriate supervisor permissions. The agent will also need to be in a MU and the api calls made against that MU, which is typical WFM requirements. This will have to be done individually for each time-off request as there is no batch process available at this time, but you can request it here: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLWFO-I-524.
