    Hi PureCloud Team,

    I am having difficulting retrieving a Unique SIP Call ID that exists within the UUID data.

    We have enabled UUID data in the BYOC trunk protocol structure. Within Architect we need to understand where to use Call.UUIData to retrieve the variable X-Call_ID for later use in Screen POP. Regards,
