    I don't have a great answer, but I do find by following industry leaders on LinkedIn they often share posts to recent reports reference CX and AI trends (although can be a bit bias depending on who posts it)

    I usually look at a mix of Gartner/Forrester for the broader market view, LinkedIn to see what industry leaders are sharing, and vendor/community sources to understand what is actually being adopted in practice.

    Beyond Gartner and McKinsey, I also rely on Forrester and IDC for CX and AI perspectives, and sources like MIT Sloan or Harvard Business Review for applied, research-backed insights. I try to balance analyst reports with real-world inputs such as customer cases, community discussions, and what I see working across industries. LinkedIn can be useful when following leaders who support their views with data. Leveraging tools like GPT also helps synthesize and validate trends across multiple sources.
