I am trying to insert a custom signature into the canned responses. Resource center appears to indicate you can use placeholders for agentname or customername and agent_alias but I cannot see how we can format the response to include these placeholders.
I also have a custom attribute that I would like to include in the canned response. Can this be done?

Hi Troy,
The supported placeholders are: {{AGENTNAME}} {{AGENTALIAS}} {{CUSTOMER_NAME}}
New functionality around other fields and possibly custom fields is being considered on the roadmap.

Troy, this feature is currently under development and not available to customers yet, which explains why you were having trouble. We are planning to release it in early Q3 this year.
