Hi,
I'm using an integration like Client Apps.
I would like to know if inside Properties in the "Application URL *" field, if it is possible for me to send some system information.
Example:
I have a call to a page at https://test.com.br and I would like to send the conversationID as parameters for this URL. It would be like https://test.com.br/genesys?user=conversationID. Where conversationID would be the PureCloud parameter.
My goal is to send some information from PureCloud to a third party system so that it can authenticate the user who is logged into PureCloud. If you have any other way, please guide me.

I'm using an integration like Client Apps.
If the context of your question is from within your own web app loaded as a client app, then you can post information to external services in whatever manner you wish to implement in your app. You can get information like conversation IDs using the API or notifications, depending on what it is you're looking for.
