I am a WFM Analyst with HealthEdge based in Annapolis, Maryland. I am very excited to be here and looking forward to learning more about the various resources and communities this group has to offer! My interest is specifically looking at how Genesys can continue to improve on my WFM Analytical Knowledge Base and Skill Sets.
