    Hello everyone!


    My name is Jhonatan, and I'm from São Paulo, Brazil.


    I have been working with Genesys platforms since 2022, when I had my first experience with Genesys Engage. Currently, my focus is on Genesys Cloud.


    I am still learning and have a lot to explore. That's why I joined this community-to exchange experiences, learn from other professionals, and share knowledge about Genesys solutions.


    It's a pleasure to be part of this community!
