    Hello everyone!

    I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself.

    Although I'm posting here for the first time today, I've been connected to the community and actively working through the training programs for quite some time.

    I'm a Solutions Architect focused on voice and IVR projects within the banking industry in Brazil.

    My current focus is on multi-cloud initiatives, helping our organization enhance both customer and employee experiences through innovative solutions built on Genesys Cloud.

    I'm based in São Paulo, Brazil, and one of my favorite hobbies is homebrewing. Cheers! 🍻
