I've been with Genesys for over 25 years, starting my journey as an Instructor at Genesys University and now working as a Workforce Management Consultant in Professional Services.
Over the last six years, I've helped implement WFM solutions for around 20 new customers each year across EMEA, with a particular focus on the German-speaking market and its unique challenges.
