    Hello everyone! I am just stopping in to introduce myself and interact with the community a bit more!

    I work for Genesys, focusing on the WEM suite and helping customers improve their customer experience through quality compliance and speech analytics. I love all things Quality and Speech & Text.

    I live in Utah with my two dogs, and when I am not working, I enjoy reading and spending time in the mountains. If you have any book recommendations, I would love to hear them!

    Welcome Kelsie! Glad to have you here! If you like thrillers, my favorite book of all time is The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides. On the non-fiction side I like The Art of Gathering: How We Meet and Why It Matters by Priya Parker. 

    What are some of your favorites? I'm always looking for more to add to my list!

    Hi Ami! I had the pleasure of reading The Silent Patient recently, and I really enjoyed it. Thrillers and mysteries are what I read the most. Riley Sager and Karin Slaughter are two of my favorite authors. Most recently, I read The House Across the Lake by Riley Sager and thought it was up there with The Silent Patient, if you can come to terms with the little bit of Sci-Fi the twist takes. I am currently reading Japanese Gothic by Kylie Lee Baker. It started a bit slow for me, but I am about halfway through and am starting to really like where it is going. I hope it finishes strong!

    Hi all,

    I'm Atul Arya, and I handle workforce management (WFM) over at Esri.

    Most of my days are spent dealing with contact centre scheduling, forecasting, and trying to make sure our staffing models actually match reality across all our channels. We use Genesys Cloud to keep an eye on things like agent adherence and shift metrics.

    I'm joining the community to see how everyone else is tackling WFM challenges, swap some ideas on scheduling, and maybe learn a few new tricks with the platform.
