    Hello everyone,

    I'm Kevin Roddis from the UK. I am a Global Telecommunications Engineer with 10 years experience, working with Genesys Cloud since January 2024.

    I have recently become a Producer in the Genesys Orchestrator space, and working towards the Genesys Cloud CX Professional certification.

    Looking forward to learning and working with the community.
