I'm Carlos, a Technical Account Manager at Genesys, based in Spain. I'm not new to the community, but to be honest, I never took the time to properly introduce myself... until now.
I've been with Genesys for the past four years and have around 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Most of my career has been dedicated to telecommunications and contact center technologies, giving me the opportunity to work with everything from analog telephony to today's WebRTC and SIP-based solutions
As a TAM, I work closely with global enterprise customers, helping them adopt Genesys Cloud and maximize the value of the platform. I really enjoy connecting business challenges with technology and learning from real use cases.
