    Hi, this is Olga from the UX Research team.
    We are moving the MFA option out of the splash screen.
    Can you help us decide where to include it? Take this quick user test and provide your feedback!

    About the Study:

    • Date: February 2026

    • Length: 5-10 minutes

    • Device: Only in a personal computer or a laptop (no mobile phone or tablet)

    • Thank-you gift: 15 USD e-gift card, charity donation, SWAG, or 20 Advocacy points.

    • Important

      • Please take the time to complete the test with your full focus and attention.

      • Incomplete or inattentive tests will be disregarded.

    Hi,

    The goal of this test was to evaluate different options for locating the MFA option. Thanks to many quick responses, the test closed in just 1 day. Thanks, everybody, for your interest. I will be posting new opportunities for user tests and surveys soon.

    Here too, the research is closed.

    Regarding removing MFA from the home screen, it's the best choice.

    I noticed the study appears to be closed - is feedback still needed at this stage, or will there be another opportunity to contribute? I'd be happy to participate if it reopens.

    Olga, Is there a list of resources that Genesys uses for testing that we could review so that we are knowledgeable of the environments used prior to jumping in with both feet?
