Is it possible to invoke a bridge action from an inbound screen-pop script on a state change such that a call was disconnected?

Unfortunately, there is no way to trigger a script action based on an event from the call. If you can describe your use case, I can submit an enhancement request.

Use case (in this case) is to automatically send a survey to the customer through an external service as the call disconnects.

Hi. Just wanted to follow up on this one since I've got other customers asking for the same "trigger action on state change" type of functionality. Is there an enhancement request submitted and what is the status?
