Hi all,
In webchat, we have a input form to collect the user's name , phone number etc. Likewise Is it possible to create a form by using Genesys native web messenger?
If it possible means , could you please any one share the code?

Hi @Kaviya_V to answer the question in title: no, it is not possible to modify the native Messenger. You can either create a custom form (and pass Participant Data via Custom Attributes or use a conversation approach where the Bot can ask for the data you need. We have future plans to add an equivalent function as the traditional Pre-chat Form, see this Idea.
