Hello! Could you, please, prompt me, is there a way to get the longest Waiting time on a queue in a real time? For example, a client in queue “A” waits for an operator for 30 seconds.
I see the "oWaiting" metric in /api/v2/analytics/conversations/activity/query but it is measured in people.
