User can get multiple email interactions(say 5), but when we query email conversations we get only 3(or user will be notified with only 3 interactions) at a time. I would like to display/notify more than 3 or all interactions to the user. Is this possible to achieve?

I'm not sure of the question, are you saying the user is configured to handle 5 conversations but will only actually get a maximum of 3?

Can I configure user to handle no. of coversations in PureCloud? Please guide on how to do it. I guess by default user can handle maximum of 3 only.
