We want to implement bulls eye routing. What I want to know as calls fall out of the bulls eye to the outer rings, can we execute a script and make a call to a sip route/number before pure cloud makes the call to the next in line?

You can create in-queue flows in architect that use data actions, and you can configure bullseye routing on a queue. However, neither is aware of the other.

We need to be able to get a token before it goes out to make that sip call, is that possible? The fall back call would not be within purecloud and would call to an outside service.

So this idea is not possible at all, if I understand you, please forgive if I have not stated or asked this well, I am pretty new to pure cloud.

Correct. There is no ability to do things between bullseye rings.

Thanks I appreciate your help I needed to convince someone else that this could not be done.
