    Hi,

    I have 2 issue with this Blueprint's implementation:

    • the first issue is the MsTeamsUserId is not synchronized for some User . do you know why some users have a MsTeams UserId and not others, while they are all synchronized from the Azuez AD? Do you know the synchronization criteria for this field?
    • I follow the configuration, when I try the authentication data action it's work fine. But the user change the presence status on Genesys Cloud, the workflow is failed, for the user with a user (synchronized with a MsTeams Userid. How can I troubleshoot this issue?
