I am having issues downloading the recordings for a set of conversations. I am using the BatchRequest method on the Recording api to submit the job and get the download uris.
The issue I am having is that majority of the uris fail when I try to download the recording file. AWS S3 is returning a 400 with the error message "The provider token has expired". I am initiating the download immediately after I receive the uris so the token should be good.
Any ideas what could be going wrong?
