Hello,
I have followed the instructions provided in the documentation (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/local-key-management/) and deployed the LKM according to the github doc here: https://github.com/MyPureCloud/local-key-manager.
I have managed to get a Hawk key authorization but now I'm stuck in the step 4 "Setting up the local key manager key configuration in Genesys Cloud UI". I receive an error "Request failed because LKM url was invalid or no options endpoint was present" when trying to save the information.
I believe I am missing something on step 3 from github documentation. Anyone that implemented a local LKM before and can help me a bit here?
