Hi there!
I am have the same behavior as: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/possible-bug-with-presence-notifications/1033
but I don't see a resolution, at least one that I am able to open. I searched other tickets and was unable to locate a resolution.

That issue has not been fixed yet. Please open a case with PureCloud Care to help prioritize it for a fix. The issue is now being tracked as CORE-6308.
