Hello,
Is it possible through api and architect, to know live if the client has hung up or disconnected the call to perform a treatment from architect?

No, a call flow will not execute on a disconnected call.
If you want to know why a call ended, look at the disconnectType for the segments.

So if a call remains in the waiting flow and the customer hangs up, it is not possible to do any action to know when he has hung up live?
