Hi,
Is it possible to set up and maintain emergency routing for an IVR via the API? I can't see where in the documentation this data is supported.

GET /api/v2/architect/emergencygroups and similar APIs may be what you're looking for. The architect flow scripting SDK may also be of interest. https://mypurecloud.github.io/purecloud-flow-scripting-api-sdk-javascript/
