  • 1.  IVR Name in Conversations

    Hi,

    I would like to find the name of the call flow in conversations (Analytics : Get Conversation Details). However the only information I get in participants as participantName when purpose is "IVR" is an id. Is there a way to use this ID to retreive the call flow name?

    You could use a Set Participant Data action to set a variable with the name of the flow. This sounds like a good enhancement request though.

    I just read this other post : https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/ivr-reporting-historical-analytics/1019 I think this could be a good workaround.
