I am trying to download all the recordings from 1.5 years ago, but the ones older than 1 year remain in "skipped" status.
How can I download those recordings marked as "skipped"?

According to this resource center article, recordings are availble for bulk export up to 5 years https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/retention-period-for-analytics-data-and-recording/
Does your organization have a media retention policy in place that only retains recordings for 1 year?
Are you getting any other console output for this? If so you should see a reason given when the recording is skipped, like "Skipping this recording. Reason: XXXX"

I use "https://developer.dev-genesys.cloud/developer-tools/#/api-explorer" and I don't know if it has an output console.
